Refurbishment work to domestic properties up to the “Carmarthenshire County Council Housing Standard”.

Strip out existing Kitchen and Bathroom fitments. Undertake M&E work to kitchen and bathroom, remove all lead pipe work and replace in copper.

Install new kitchen units and bathroom suites and electric shower. Hack of ceramic wall tiling and replace with either tiles or Respatex panels.

Take up existing floor, prepare surface and replace with slip resistant vinyl sheet flooring.

Re-decorate kitchen and bathroom.
