Installation of  Permaroc insulated over render system with 60mm phenolic insulation and dash render finish. All reveals were insulated with particular emphasis on correct detailing to the plinths to ensure no cold bridging and maximum efficiency to all properties.

To complete the project, we fitted aluminium capping sills,GRP front door canopies new rainwater gutters and downpipes, soil and waste pipes. We also had to reroute/extend gas pipes and refit satellite dishes and external lighting.
