As Commercial Director, Delwyn is involved in all schemes from initial enquiry stage to final completion and carries out all estimating and quantity surveying duties within the Company. He is an experienced Director with over 35 years’ experience in the building construction and maintenance industry.

Full knowledge of estimating and commercial management for all types of construction works including design and builds, refurbishment works, new builds, conservation works, frameworks and measured term contracts.
